Blog Term3 Day26

In P.E, we are starting a new unit. And we are now doing track and field. In elementary school, I always joined the track and field team, but this year it seems very different. For one thing, the competition is more intense because we are all (kind of) grown up, and for the other thing, most of us have already done it in the past, so the teacher is expecting more from us. I am a really bad sprinter too. I usually come in last when I do the 100 meter dash, and I am much better at long distance runs. I also like high jump, but I am not too good at it. And sometimes, it's harder for shorter people because it means that there is more to jump for. For instance, a tall person wouldn't have to necessarily jump as high because their legs would be naturally longer. But for shorter people like me, I have to work really hard because often times, they pole is up to my tummy or higher when it is only up to the legs of a taller person. But being short does have it's advantages. I have so many tests to study for, so I really better get going. This week is extremely hectic for me!

My random thought/statement of the day: I like to eat gummy bears, especially the clearish-yellow ones and the red ones. I think the red one is either strawberry or some other red berry, and the clearish-yellow ones are pineapple. (Artificial of course!)

Blog Term3 Day25

My feet hurt really badly... :'( Well, my feet have this weird problem, so I have to get shoes with a wide toe area and very good arch support. I think I was born this way. It doesn't happen every day, but it used to happen quite a lot. But then, I got these awesome (and super expensive) New Balance shoes, and it has totally payed off, because my feet rarely hurt any more. But I still have to use this special shoe "mat". It is just this padding thing that has exaggerated arches. And trust me, it really helps. When I first got it, it felt really weird on the bottom of my feet, but after a while, I got used to it. I only have to wear it for my runners, which I wear most often. My feet aren't so bad that I have to wear them everywhere. For instance, I don't wear them with my slippers.

Okay, enough about my feet, I am going to talk about the most important thing for this blog. Today, we went to the Seymour Watershed! And it was sooooooooooooo much fun! We were separated into 3 groups with 3 different stations. The first station that I went to was this really cool bus ride. We went near the top of the dam and we got a good look at the surroundings. We also got to act out this demo about mountains, valleys and dams. It was really simple, but it gave a lot of information. Then, we went near the bottom of the lake, and we got a good look at the water, the colour of it, and we talked about salmons.

Next, me and my group went inside a cabin and we talked about how much water people in Metro Vancouver use per day, and then how much we use altogether. I was so shocked by the facts, that when I got back home, I took a really really short shower. It is truly amazing how much water we use and have. Then, we did this demo where we took water guns and we tried to aim for "the clouds" and then, due to precipitation, the water (if we shot it at the clouds) would fall into "the dam" and filter into "the reservoir". This activity was so much fun, and it also taught me lots. I just loved that activity, and I had so much fun! There was also competition to see which watershed could fill up quickly. (There were 3 teams because Metro Vancouver has 3 watersheds. There is the Seymour watershed, the Coquitlam and the Capilano.)

Finally, we hiked around this trail and we played this game where we had to identify different species of animals and how humans make use of them or how they help out the environment. We also got to see different trees. The coolest part about this hike was we got to eat some tree leaves because we were talking about how people could live off this land. Personally, I didn't like the taste too much. It sort of tasted like... orange peels and something else. At first, the taste was really strong, and I didn't like it, but I liked the subtle taste afterwards.

My random thought/statement of the day: Ah! I have to study for my 5 tests this week, and one of them is tomorrow!

Blog Term3 Day24

I cannot wait for tomorrow's field trip! I am so grateful that it is for the whole day because I don't think I can finish all my homework today. I don't actually have much homework (except for math) but I have to study for my numerous tests. I did my French homework this morning, but I think I made a mistake, so I have to go back and white-out it. Sometimes, I think that pens are a really bother when it comes to the mistake part. Because whenever I make a mistake, I either have to cross it out (which teachers do not like because it makes it look really messy) or use white out. Which is also messy. The roll-out ones are okay, but sometimes, they get tangled up, or they don't roll in a straight line, and that makes the writing look really bad. The other downfall, is that because it's like tape, you can't really put the white out exactly where you want it to go. Then, there is the liquid kind. Although it's better for where you want to put it, it takes forever to dry. And sometimes, it leaks everywhere. The other problem is that it is really messy and it often smells really bad.

My random thought/statement of the day: For lunch tomorrow, I am got these awesome croissants. One of them is stuffed with ham and cheese and the other is spinach and feta. Yum!

Blog Term3 Day23

Well, I had my first Chinese test. And it wasn't too hard. In fact, it was pretty easy. I guess studying hard pays off! But now, it's the much harder test next week. It's the Chinese term 2 mid-term. (Chinese school only has 2 terms, instead of 3 like regular school.) The next one is much, much harder! So tonight, I will start to study for that test. I also have to study for all those other tests from school though. I have a French, English, socials and math test this school week. It's just so ironic that I have all though tests when I have my Chinese mid-term.

I also can't wait until the field trip on Monday. For science, we are learning about water systems in their natural and unnatural habitats, so we are going to the Seymour Watershed. I am pretty excited because I like field trips, and it sounds like fun. But I still have to get a waterproof jacket, because my old jacket is extremely small. Plus, it's not fully waterproof anymore. I have had it since grade 5 or 6 (I can't remember.)

My random thought/statement of the day: For dinner, I had a huge pile of Cesar salad.

What a day! I have so much to do. I have to practice for my Mandarin test tomorrow, but I am still not done, so that is a problem. I just finished practicing piano, but I still have to do my theory, and that takes me FOREVER! I don't even understand why it takes me so long, but it just does. Maybe because I like to make each note nice and pretty. Hahahahahaha! Sometimes, I find that Chinese school is too overwhelming and hard. But I know that it pays off to learn more languages, especially since I am Chinese. The other problem is that I don't always read and write Chinese, so I never fully get the chance to practice it. That is why my talking and especially listening is good.

My random thought/statement of the day: This weekend, I really have to study for the 3 tests and 1 quiz from school, and also my major Chinese test.

Oh great, I know that I should have studied for my Chinese exams more over Spring Break, but I didn't. Mainly because I wanted to rest and not work so hard. But now, I have to work twice as hard as ever, trying to do everything at once. My Chinese exams are always really hard and with only a week before the exam to study, it's not much time. Plus, piano examinations are in the summer, and I haven't had the time to practice too much piano. Just last night, I stayed up really late trying to finish all my homework and studying for my exams. The problem is, I have to nap because I slept really late the night before. And that nap takes time. So as you can guess, I would sleep late that night too. And then, I am trapped in that endless cycle. And for some reason, I have loads of homework from math and French. I think it's the most my French teacher has ever given. Ironic isn't it? We get loads of homework on the week of my Mandarin test. Then next week, I am in for even bigger trouble. Apparently, I have 3 major unit tests all lined up after another. On Wednesday, I have an English media test, then on Thursday, I have an algebra test for math. And on Friday, I have this major socials test on the Medieval era along with a whole bunch of other things like castles and siege weaponry. It also happens that on that week, I also have another Chinese exam.

My random thought/statement of the day: Ahhhhhh! I still have to do my theory, but I just don't have any time! :'(

Blog Term3 Day20

I got back from school and last block was P.E. It was fun because we played these games. Last P.E block, we played dodge ball, and today, we played a game with these really bouncy balls and wooden bowling pins. The whole point of this game is to keep your pin standing. There are 9 people on the court, and each guards a pin. The other people on the court have to use the balls to shoot at other people's pins. It was really fun because people would team up and form an alliance, but some people would turn against the buddies, so it was quite funny. At some point, I was on for a really long time. My tactic was to join forces with people I knew really well, and slowly, we played and played until there was only 1 or 2 guys was that we were against in the whole field. But eventually, those people got on. My pin fell when this guy slowly came up to me and knocked the pin down. It was sad, but I was really happy that I was on for such a long time. I was standing in one of the corners, so not that many people got me. I also got to stand in the middle at some point to. I got shot out quite quickly there. Hahahahahaha. But when you are in the middle, you are in plain view of everyone, so the people in the middle get shot out fast.

My random thought/statement of the day: I love that game! It is a lot better than dodge ball!

Today, in applied skills, we got to watch Slumdog Millionaire while knitting. I found it really hard to knit and watch the movie at the same time. And when I did knit, I had to take my eyes off the screen. In total, I only knitted one row. After that, I had to stop because I was afraid of losing stitches. But don't worry, I will try to knit more tonight, to make up for not knitting then. Now, I'm going to talk about the movie. Slumdog Millionaire is now my favourite movie of all time. While I was watching it, my tummy felt sick. Not because the movie was bad, because it was really powerful and moving. But because of what happens in real life in some places in India. The story was just so realistic and good! And the story line is also not as simple as some people may perceive. There was a story behind the obvious, and the whole movie just folded together in a very lovely way.

My random thought/statement of the day: I really like to watch movies! It is just so much fun, and each movie has a different story and different genre!

Back to school. Need I say more? Actually, I kind of have to. But I felt okay. Some people were still in the Spring Break mode. But I was okay. Sort of. Obviously, I would much rather just hang around at home and relax. However, I am really grateful for education because there are many people in this world who would do anything to learn and be educated. I already have homework. Not much though, so that makes me a happy person! I have to sketch 2 pictures of what a friend did over Spring Break. Then, I have to sketch another picture of me and what I did over Spring Break. I paid for this really awesome sketch book. It looks sort of leather-y and black. And it's hard cover. I also really like the papers inside. Not only is it super-duper white, but the papers itself are really thick, and the texture of the paper is really smooth. I was surprised that it was only $7.00. Those sketch books looked like they were about $20 something. I also have to start drawing out my English magazine advertisement sheet.

Great, last day of Spring Break. Tomorrow is back to school. Blah! I really want more time to relax because once it's back to school, everything is crazy again, and I sleep really late trying to complete homework. Today, I'm mainly going to study for my 2 Chinese tests/exams and Chinese dictation. My goals for today is to know my Chinese dictation 100%. And know most of my Mandarin test stuff. The other exam is harder, but I have an extra week, so that isn't as urgent. I finished all of my school homework last night, so I have to concentrate on Chinese now. And piano. And my theory. But mostly Chinese.

My random thought/statement of the day: I don't want to go back to school! But I should be thankful because a lot of kids in the world don't get education.

I just came back from dinner. We went out to eat, and I am so stuffed! I know that it's good to only eat 70% full, but I ate 100%. I haven't even showered yet! Usually, I shower before dinner, but my brother used up all the water. Actually, he didn't, but he took ages, and by the time he finished, we had to go. So after blogging, I am gonna shower. And then finish all my math homework. And then it's movie time! I want to watch an action flick, but I'm not even sure if we have one "in stock". But if we don't we can watch Madagascar 2! I love watching movies. Especially with my family. It's just fun!

Today, I didn't have Chinese school because it's Spring Break, but I went to piano lessons at 11:00am. Then, we had lunch and for the rest of the afternoon, I did math. That's right. Math. It wasn't fun, but I kept on procrastinating. Hehehehehehehehe. Oh well.

Oh great, I have a headache. My mom recons that it's because my eyes have to strain to see certain things. That is one of the reason I am getting glasses. But it's mostly because I can't see things that are too far away, and they get blurry. Especially my right eye. The frame that I got isn't really that cool. It's okay, but I was hoping for something more grown-up. The guy gave me glasses from the kids section. They aren't too kiddish or anything, but still. Those glasses are more suitable for my younger brother. But the guy said that the other frames were really expensive. So I should just shut up and stop complaining. The glasses cost a little less then $400. And to tell you the truth, I think that glasses are far too expensive. At the end of the day, they are only bits of glass stuck onto a metal frame. So I don't get why it's even more expensive then a Wi. I guess those glasses-making people would be very rich. *Sigh* I just hope my eye sight doesn't get any worse! The doctor said that my eye sight is not as bad as some, so it's pretty cool. But I am really freaked out about my eyes getting worse. That is why I look at a lot of green things often, eat lots of carrots and do these eye exercises. :)

My random thought/statement of the day: I love to eat watermelons! (Not the whole thing, just slices.)

Today, both my parents had the day off. So the day has been pretty fun. We went to an eye check up first thing in the morning. And guess what? I need glasses! :'( I really didn't want glasses. Even as a very little kid I never wanted glasses. Ever. And now, I have to get them. But I do read a lot. And I also go on the computer for an hour each day. But not for computer games though, only for school purposes. Like blogging and going on the forum. I still took good care of my eyes though! I ate carrots whenever I had the chance, and I wore sunglasses when I was out in the extreme sunlight. At least I don't have to wear them all the time. The doctor said that I only had to wear them when I was reading stuff on the board from far away. Or if I had to read a sign far away. My right eye is 100 degrees, and my left is about 75. Apparently, I can't see stuff that is far away, and I tend to squint, which is really bad. I understand why I need glasses though. I seriously can't see stuff that is far away. My mom has pretty perfect vision, but my dad needed glasses when he was in high school, so it might be genetics. Blah! After the appointment, we went to eat lunch and then we went shopping. I got a navy scarf and a sweater. Yay!

My random thought/statement of the day: I really really really dislike having to wear glasses. Mainly because I am bound to lose them sometime, and then I am going to freak out. I am such a forgetful person! :(

I am soooooooo bored, but I still have to do all my math worksheets and study for my upcoming Chinese tests. Oh yeah, I also have to play 2 hours of piano! But I'm gonna do that after lunch. I think my brother is hungry, but I am not. I woke up late and had breakfast about an hour ago, so I am not hungry. At all!

The good thing about today is that my mom has 2 days off for tomorrow and Friday. So hopefully, I won't have to endure this terrible boring-ness. Well, I should be doing homework, but I just can't concentrate! I don't understand why we still get homework over Spring Break. Even though there is very little of it. Hahahahahahaha! I'm complaining about nothing. But just to let you know, when I get bored, I talk randomly and about nothing. So this blog is pretty much me talking nonsense.

And I have a whole day of homework ahead of me. But for some reason, I can't concentrate. I was supposed to do math, science, English, French and Chinese homework today, but I can't seem to concentrate. I did some homework in the morning, but after that, I feel so tired and non-working-like. But seriously, I really need to do more homework. But for some reason, I can't seem to work right now. Did you know that in Toronto, they have a policy about homework giving? My friend in Toronto has no homework over Spring Break because the teachers can't give any. I wish that Vancouver was like that. We get enough homework when it's not break. And even during Spring Break! I just wish that we didn't get any homework.

I am so glad that Spring Break is finally here because now, I can recharge. I think there should be more holidays because we work our butts off everyday, and there needs to be more times to relax. I don't have time to relax during regular school days, and only Saturday nights during the weekends. So that is very bad. If a person only has about 5 hours to relax in the whole entire week, they need more breaks. Especially Middle Years people. I love M.Y lots, but there is a lot of homework. Today, I am going to play 2 hours worth of piano, write all my Chinese homework, do all my rudiments, and I will probably have time to finish some school homework.

I have 4 worksheets from math, a couple of questions for science, 3 more worksheets for English and a few other things like this comic strip for French. But since I have other stuff too, I will probably do all my school homework in one day. I'm going to make a schedule. :) Today, I am just going to take it easy and knit, read and just sleep early. Tomorrow, I will probably play 2 hours worth of piano, do all my Chinese homework and Rudiments. In other words, all my piano and Chinese stuff. I should also fill out my Mandarin study sheet. Then, on Monday, I will do all my school homework. That would be the English and math worksheets, the science questions etc. Then, on Tuesday, I will start to study for my Mandarin and Cantonese exams. You know what is so unfair? Every person who goes to Chinese school that I know of doesn't have school tomorrow. And they get 2 weeks off Chinese school. But for me, I still have Chinese school tomorrow. And I only get 1 week off. But I guess I shouldn't complain because at least my dictation isn't as major as the usual ones. But I still haven't fully studied it yet. There are 2 poems that I have to memorize, and I only memorized 1 of them.

I am really happy that it's finally Spring break. Now, I can sort of relax and sleep in. I have lots of homework that I have to do though, so that is a bummer. I wish that none of the teachers gave us homework, but at least half of my teachers did. And I also have 2 Chinese exams once I get back from Spring break. I also have to play a lot of piano because I didn't get to because of all my homework. Another bad thing is that I have to do all my theory homework.

Since today was a day 1, I had Art. And it was so cool because we got these awesome black hard cover sketch books that looks so cool and totally pro! I can't wait to use it more because it just looks so nice and inviting. However, I know owe the teacher $7.00 because I didn't bring any money today, but I was still able to get the book. I hate being in "debt" though. So tomorrow after school, I'm going to drop by and give the $7.00 before Spring Break starts. I just don't want to worry about giving the money until after the break. I also have to hand in my sheet that says what courses I am going to take next year. I don't remember what it was called... But it's that sheet that tells the counselor what elective I want to take next year. In my case, French and drama.

My random thought/statement of the day: During Spring Break, I am going to sleep until 10am every morning, but I also have loads of homework to do. Some teachers think that Spring Break should be fun and homework-free. While others think that they should give us homework. :(

Still have a plugged nose. And it ain't pretty. But it is better than yesterday. At least my nose isn't running as much as it was before. We had a science test today, and I think I did pretty well. It was just that last question where I think I might have messed up, but other than that, everything should be fine. My favourite subject is science and drama, but since drama is over, I am working hard to ace science. I just love science so much! It's fun, interesting and totally cool. I also love doing all those experiments. I find that doing experiments are really interacting and it really captivates my interest. I guess I like science over all.

In applied skills, we are doing knitting, and I love it so much! I am planning on making my first scarf for my grandpa in Hong Kong. But it's a little hard because it takes ages since my needles are so thin and also because I don't have much spare time to do it. In fact, I only truly have time to do it during applied skills. After I am done this scarf, I'm going to get thicker needles and more different colour yarn. Right now, my yarn colour it grey. But I just had an Advil, so hopefully, that will help. It did this morning! The Advil usually take cares of the fever and honey-lemon-water helps my sore throat. Now, all that's left is my stupid runny nose. Okay, now on with the more happier things! For Fine Arts today, we rotated classes. Now, we are currently taking Art. Before, we were taking Drama. I must admit, I am far more interested in Drama than Art, but the Art teacher seems totally awesome, so it's okay. I am planning to take Drama for my next year elective, so it's all good. I will have plenty of practice in acting then. But for now, I can work on sketching, sculpting, painting etc. I actually find art really interesting and wonderful but I'm not good at it, so that makes me not like it as much. And I don't have any extra time to work on it. So that just makes the situation even worse.

I feel a little sick... Blah! But I just had a nice nap so I don't feel as bad. But my head still has a dull thud (headache) and my throat feels a little weird too. Anyways, last night was fun night, and I watched a movie with my mom and brother. It was Scorpion King 2. I watched Scorpion King 1 a while ago, so this was kinda cool. You know what the weird part about movies is? They tend to make the first movie the end, and then the sequel the part before the first movie happened. I think it's because they were only planning on making one movie, but when they saw that many people liked it and they made a lot of money, they wanted to make a second one. But the first one already ended and there was nothing more to say, so they decided to go back in time. It's a little weird, but quite smart. Because of the science fair, and me being sick, I don't get to go shopping this week. But I guess it's okay. Today, I went to the district science fair. In my last couple of blogs, I wrote that I was going to the regional fair, but I was mistaken. I only made it to the district. Okay, I think this is how it goes: school, district, regional, provincial, national and international. I think... I'm a little confused about the national and international part, but I heard someone talking about it, so I'm just gonna stick with that. It's so cool! I sort of wish that I could go to the regional one though... Okay, the reason why I don't want to go is because I don't think my topic is good enough and also, I have a really busy schedule, and if it's on another Saturday, I don't think my Chinese school and piano teacher would be too happy. But I would want to go because it's just so cool, and I love science so much! I also really like the medals that the winners got! They looked so nice and colourful! Plus, the winners also got a ribbon. I wish that we could at least get a certificate... Oh well, it was good fun and I loved looking at all the other projects.

This is so cool! This is my first post for term 3! But guess what... it's a Friday, so it's not that awesome. But this Friday is different from all the others. For one thing, I don't have Chinese school tomorrow, actually, I do, but I don't have to go. Which leads me to my second thing. Well, tomorrow I get to go the science fair regional. It is just so cool. I am super-duper excited, but I still have a lot to prepare. I need to change my title, last minute touch-ups to my board, draw a couple graphs, print out my abstract and a few other things. That is why I am freaking out a bit. But I should finish it all by tonight... Well, I have to because it's due tomorrow! I also have to memorize all my Chinese paragraph.

Now, I am going to talk about rock climbing that I did yesterday. It was so much fun! From previous experiences, I wasn't all that fond of rock climbing. But after yesterday, I love it so much! I didn't like it too much when I did it in camp, but it was so much fun! I know I keep on repeating that, but it's just true. At first, I kept on doing the same wall until I had the guts to climb to the very top, but after I made it to the top, I felt like I could make it up every wall. So after that, I worked hard to climb to the top of as many walls as I could get. The last one I did was a really hard one. There was an overhang, so I had to work a way over it. To tell you the truth, I don't really remember how I got over, but it did take me 10 minutes. Usually, it takes me about 3 minutes to climb a wall from the bottom to the top, so it is obvious it was an extremely hard wall. But it was so cool when I finally reached the top and my fingers curled around the top ledge. At that moment, I felt a wonderful feeling of completion and accomplishment. I just loved it! Now, I can't wait to go rock climbing again. However, my arms are still extremely sore. Maybe because on that overhang wall, I had to use my arms to pull the rest of my body up over the overhang part. And the worst part was, today, I had to do the weight room for P.E. That just make my arms even more sore than they were.

But guess what? Today, I had to perform my monologue... even though it was during the Vow of Silence. And guess what I got? 48/50! YES! I am super-duper happy about my mark. I worked really hard, and I am glad that I got that mark! :)

My random thought/statement of the day: The Vow of Silence was really cool. It was super-duper hard, but I managed to pull it off.

Blog Term2 Day103

Yay, the field trip is tomorrow. And so is the Vow of Silence. I think I will find it quite hard to not talk... I happen to talk a lot, so that will definitely be a challenge. I think it will also be hard not to blog because blogging is part of my daily routine. I love talking! It's just me, so I am scared that I might forget and start blabbing away. The worst part will be school. There are bound to be many people talking, and since some of my friends are not doing it, they might try to make me talk... Just for fun. I really hope that I won't talk. I must say, I think that the Vow of Silence is going to be harder than the 30 hour famine. I wanted to do the 30 hour famine too, but someone said that you had to sleep over at the school and I just have too much homework and piano and Chinese to do. But I still think not talking is going to be extremely hard. With eating, if you don't have food, you can't eat, but I have my voice with me all the time.

My random thought/statement of the day: I hope that we get to dissect cow eyeballs in science!

Blog Term2 Day102

I can't wait until the field trip on Thursday! We are going to an orientation at the False Creek community center and then heading down to a rock climbing indoor gym. I think that is going to be a really fun field trip. The only problem is getting there. I really don't want to bus to Granville Island by myself, any my parents can't drive me. I practically never bus. In fact, I think that I have only bused 10 times throughout my whole life. Plus, I don't know my streets or the way to get there. And if I don't know my streets, it's impossible for me to understand the bus routes. I don't get what significant role the bus numbers play either. I know, that's just sad... My parents can't drive me either, because they have work.

My random thought/statements of the day: We did our course planning today, and for my elective, I'm taking drama! YAY!

Blog Term2 Day101

Cool! Day 101! We ran Langara today, and I must say that I improved. My time before was 17min and 34sec. Today, my time was 16min and 23sec. I improved by a little over a minute! But that isn't really the big difference. My main difference was how tired I was. I remember that after my term 1 Langara run, I was soooooo tired and I felt like I was half-dead from exhaustion. But after today's run, I wasn't all that tired. And about a minute after the run, I felt almost normal. Like I didn't just run a long distance. It's so cool, and I guess the warm-up laps that we do really pays off. Usually, we do 3 laps around the school as a warm up. The weird thing is, usually, when I do the warm up laps, I feel more tired than after I did my Langara run. It was so cool.

My random thought/statement of the day: For some weird reason, my left hand feels really tired and sore. I think it's because I slept on it last night...

Blog Term2 Day100

Ha! Day 100! It's actually day 200 of blogging if I add term 1 in too... But never mind, this is cool, I can't wait till day 300 of blogging. I am so busy today! There are so many tests lined up that I really should get going. I also have to perform this monologue for drama tomorrow. I'm scared because it's worth 50 marks, and I still need to memorize it. Then, I also have to run Langara tomorrow too. Last time I ran, it was really fun, and I hope to beat my time, but the bad thing is, it's always so cold, so it makes running harder. But we have been running lots in P.E so far, so it is really good training. Just last P.E class, we had to run 4 times around the school. So that is really good for the training.

I also have 2 tests lined up. One of them is for math and the other, English. In other words, I have a lot to do. I like Saturday evenings. That is my fun night. A time where I can just relax. I don't like Sundays too much. Sundays are time-to-rush days. Then, it's back to school and really late night sleeps and the cycle repeats itself. Again and again and again! I can't wait for the field trip though, it's gonna be fun! I like rock climbing and I think the orientation will be fun. I still need to sort out the means of transportation though. I'm not used to taking the bus alone or without an adult because I usually get a ride or I walk, so it is a little scary for me. Plus, we aren't going to be accompanied on the transportation, so that makes it even worse.

My random thought/statement of the day: I don't think I will be able to reach a brick! I only have $20 worth of pledges so far! :'(
