I feel a little sick... Blah! But I just had a nice nap so I don't feel as bad. But my head still has a dull thud (headache) and my throat feels a little weird too. Anyways, last night was fun night, and I watched a movie with my mom and brother. It was Scorpion King 2. I watched Scorpion King 1 a while ago, so this was kinda cool. You know what the weird part about movies is? They tend to make the first movie the end, and then the sequel the part before the first movie happened. I think it's because they were only planning on making one movie, but when they saw that many people liked it and they made a lot of money, they wanted to make a second one. But the first one already ended and there was nothing more to say, so they decided to go back in time. It's a little weird, but quite smart. Because of the science fair, and me being sick, I don't get to go shopping this week. But I guess it's okay. Usually, I go shopping after piano lessons on Saturday, but because I had to change my piano lessons to 4pm, I couldn't go. Shopping is actually good exercise! I can walk around in a mall for 3 hours.
My random thought/statement of the day: I have so many tests coming up! I have a science, P.E, socials test, a French skit, an English essay, and another science project.

Blog Term3 Day2
Today, I went to the district science fair. In my last couple of blogs, I wrote that I was going to the regional fair, but I was mistaken. I only made it to the district. Okay, I think this is how it goes: school, district, regional, provincial, national and international. I think... I'm a little confused about the national and international part, but I heard someone talking about it, so I'm just gonna stick with that. It's so cool! I sort of wish that I could go to the regional one though... Okay, the reason why I don't want to go is because I don't think my topic is good enough and also, I have a really busy schedule, and if it's on another Saturday, I don't think my Chinese school and piano teacher would be too happy. But I would want to go because it's just so cool, and I love science so much! I also really like the medals that the winners got! They looked so nice and colourful! Plus, the winners also got a ribbon. I wish that we could at least get a certificate... Oh well, it was good fun and I loved looking at all the other projects.
My random thought/statement of the day: Oh great, I feel tired again. This is bad because now, I have to take a nap or else I crash and I won't be able to do much work.

Blog Term3 Day1
This is so cool! This is my first post for term 3! But guess what... it's a Friday, so it's not that awesome. But this Friday is different from all the others. For one thing, I don't have Chinese school tomorrow, actually, I do, but I don't have to go. Which leads me to my second thing. Well, tomorrow I get to go the science fair regional. It is just so cool. I am super-duper excited, but I still have a lot to prepare. I need to change my title, last minute touch-ups to my board, draw a couple graphs, print out my abstract and a few other things. That is why I am freaking out a bit. But I should finish it all by tonight... Well, I have to because it's due tomorrow! I also have to memorize all my Chinese paragraph.
Now, I am going to talk about rock climbing that I did yesterday. It was so much fun! From previous experiences, I wasn't all that fond of rock climbing. But after yesterday, I love it so much! I didn't like it too much when I did it in camp, but it was so much fun! I know I keep on repeating that, but it's just true. At first, I kept on doing the same wall until I had the guts to climb to the very top, but after I made it to the top, I felt like I could make it up every wall. So after that, I worked hard to climb to the top of as many walls as I could get. The last one I did was a really hard one. There was an overhang, so I had to work a way over it. To tell you the truth, I don't really remember how I got over, but it did take me 10 minutes. Usually, it takes me about 3 minutes to climb a wall from the bottom to the top, so it is obvious it was an extremely hard wall. But it was so cool when I finally reached the top and my fingers curled around the top ledge. At that moment, I felt a wonderful feeling of completion and accomplishment. I just loved it! Now, I can't wait to go rock climbing again. However, my arms are still extremely sore. Maybe because on that overhang wall, I had to use my arms to pull the rest of my body up over the overhang part. And the worst part was, today, I had to do the weight room for P.E. That just make my arms even more sore than they were.
But guess what? Today, I had to perform my monologue... even though it was during the Vow of Silence. And guess what I got? 48/50! YES! I am super-duper happy about my mark. I worked really hard, and I am glad that I got that mark! :)
My random thought/statement of the day: The Vow of Silence was really cool. It was super-duper hard, but I managed to pull it off.

Blog Term2 Day103
Yay, the field trip is tomorrow. And so is the Vow of Silence. I think I will find it quite hard to not talk... I happen to talk a lot, so that will definitely be a challenge. I think it will also be hard not to blog because blogging is part of my daily routine. I love talking! It's just me, so I am scared that I might forget and start blabbing away. The worst part will be school. There are bound to be many people talking, and since some of my friends are not doing it, they might try to make me talk... Just for fun. I really hope that I won't talk. I must say, I think that the Vow of Silence is going to be harder than the 30 hour famine. I wanted to do the 30 hour famine too, but someone said that you had to sleep over at the school and I just have too much homework and piano and Chinese to do. But I still think not talking is going to be extremely hard. With eating, if you don't have food, you can't eat, but I have my voice with me all the time.

Blog Term2 Day102
I can't wait until the field trip on Thursday! We are going to an orientation at the False Creek community center and then heading down to a rock climbing indoor gym. I think that is going to be a really fun field trip. The only problem is getting there. I really don't want to bus to Granville Island by myself, any my parents can't drive me. I practically never bus. In fact, I think that I have only bused 10 times throughout my whole life. Plus, I don't know my streets or the way to get there. And if I don't know my streets, it's impossible for me to understand the bus routes. I don't get what significant role the bus numbers play either. I know, that's just sad... My parents can't drive me either, because they have work.
My random thought/statements of the day: We did our course planning today, and for my elective, I'm taking drama! YAY!

Blog Term2 Day101
Cool! Day 101! We ran Langara today, and I must say that I improved. My time before was 17min and 34sec. Today, my time was 16min and 23sec. I improved by a little over a minute! But that isn't really the big difference. My main difference was how tired I was. I remember that after my term 1 Langara run, I was soooooo tired and I felt like I was half-dead from exhaustion. But after today's run, I wasn't all that tired. And about a minute after the run, I felt almost normal. Like I didn't just run a long distance. It's so cool, and I guess the warm-up laps that we do really pays off. Usually, we do 3 laps around the school as a warm up. The weird thing is, usually, when I do the warm up laps, I feel more tired than after I did my Langara run. It was so cool.
My random thought/statement of the day: For some weird reason, my left hand feels really tired and sore. I think it's because I slept on it last night...

Blog Term2 Day100
Ha! Day 100! It's actually day 200 of blogging if I add term 1 in too... But never mind, this is cool, I can't wait till day 300 of blogging. I am so busy today! There are so many tests lined up that I really should get going. I also have to perform this monologue for drama tomorrow. I'm scared because it's worth 50 marks, and I still need to memorize it. Then, I also have to run Langara tomorrow too. Last time I ran, it was really fun, and I hope to beat my time, but the bad thing is, it's always so cold, so it makes running harder. But we have been running lots in P.E so far, so it is really good training. Just last P.E class, we had to run 4 times around the school. So that is really good for the training.
I also have 2 tests lined up. One of them is for math and the other, English. In other words, I have a lot to do. I like Saturday evenings. That is my fun night. A time where I can just relax. I don't like Sundays too much. Sundays are time-to-rush days. Then, it's back to school and really late night sleeps and the cycle repeats itself. Again and again and again! I can't wait for the field trip though, it's gonna be fun! I like rock climbing and I think the orientation will be fun. I still need to sort out the means of transportation though. I'm not used to taking the bus alone or without an adult because I usually get a ride or I walk, so it is a little scary for me. Plus, we aren't going to be accompanied on the transportation, so that makes it even worse.
My random thought/statement of the day: I don't think I will be able to reach a brick! I only have $20 worth of pledges so far! :'(
